Community.
Developing Access Hubs — welcoming places where food, activities, sport, support and opportunity come together.
Discover Community ↓A place to belong. A place to begin.
Communities become stronger when people have places where they feel welcome, supported and able to connect with others.
The Community door is being developed around the idea of Access Hubs — welcoming spaces where practical support, activities, food, sport, relationships and opportunity can exist together.
More than a building.
An Access Hub is intended to be a welcoming environment where people can find practical support while also discovering connection, activity and opportunity.
Rather than asking people to navigate multiple doors on their own, the aim is to bring useful things together in one accessible place.
Explore The Vision →When people connect, possibility grows.
A community is more than a collection of individuals living in the same place. It is relationships, trust, shared experiences and the knowledge that someone is there when help is needed.
We want Access Hubs to create environments where those connections can develop naturally.
One welcoming place. Many open doors.

A strong community can give someone more than support. It can give them somewhere to belong.EDWARDS OPEN DOOR FOUNDATION
Building places where people can flourish.

The best communities leave the door open.
We believe practical support should be accessible, welcoming and grounded in dignity. Community should not simply be somewhere people receive help. It should be somewhere they can participate, contribute, connect and grow.
Community is one door. Explore the others.
Everyone deserves somewhere to belong.
We are developing the Access Hub concept as a practical way of bringing support, activity, connection and opportunity together.
